In addition to a new semester, new characters, and new weapons, Persona 5 Royal also includes the Thieves Den — a place you can customize and play mini-games — as well as some brand new zones. Royal feels like an entirely new game, despite the fact that the narrative is mostly the same. Be warned, though, Persona 5 Royal requires a big commitment. You’re looking at over 100 hours of gameplay even if you just rush through the main story.
